CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER


Job description

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
·      Lead the customer relations team to drive a customer-centric culture and secure a seamless shopping experience throughout the store
·      Monitor whether employees offer excellent customer service and take appropriate actions in order to improve their performance
·      Ensure customer focus and relevant business plans relate and come together in a local action plan that is operationally implemented and fulfilled
·      Support commercial initiatives and priorities before, during and after the shopping experience and responsible for creating and managing continuous and enjoyable shopping experience
·      Secure and monitor the team is working according to internal, global and national rules and policies, IKEA best practise and in accordance with local legislation

·      You are self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a larger team.
·      You are able to set expectations for others and provide clear direction and follow up.
·      You can priorities and organize your work and the work of others to make the most efficient use of time available.
·      You can adjust your style of communication to get a message across to the receiver.
·      You have proven experience of developing people. You act as an inspiring and motivating leader who can engage people fully in reaching goals, generating growth and long-term profitability
·      You set and implement action plans and budgets
·      You support and challenge your team and yourself in order to strengthen the IKEA offer and exceed customer expectations
