The task of IKEA Components within IKEA is to develop and supply IKEA with customer friendly component solutions for better products – and better homes. Our task is to take the responsibility for selected components and raw-material, which means develop, purchase and supply to IKEA suppliers. IKEA Components have also the assignment to provide After Sales service of components to the end customers. Our business is global and employs 1200 people based mainly in Sweden, Slovakia and China.
Right now we are looking for a Finance Process Developer

You will lead and be in charge for our finance transformation and have a responsibility to develop working methods for all finance roles within IKEA Components and will lead the global development agenda- setting the future ways of working within finance and together with involved stakeholders, ensuring the implementation.
You will also design and implement the finance end-to-end process to secure fit for purpose, standardized and automated ways of working and also leading continuous improvement of process with all relevant stakeholders cross group functions. We believe that digitalization will set a new foundation for finance and we want you to lead this agenda.
You will work in a team of solution owners and business controlling where your responsibility will be to set the methodologies how to do things and with the team you enable it for the organization.
To succeed & shine in this role, we want you to:
• have a background within accounting or finance related IT systems and reports, preferably you have worked within audit, consultancy, solution owner finance or similar role within IT • have an experience and knowledge about IT processes and way of working with IT vendors • have a strong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions and multi-task • have a broad understanding of financial and operational process, and their inter-dependencies and to how work through them • know how to create and implement change initiatives, you are experienced with project management processes including methods and tools • are strong in communication and stakeholder management, you align with your stakeholders along the way of working together
The position is located in Älmhult, Sweden. Älmhult has commuting possibilities with hourly trains to Malmö, Lund and Växjö and an IKEA shuttle bus back and forth to Helsingborg three times a day.
