• Minimum of 6 years of progressive technologically focused leadership experience leading leaders within Talent Acquisition • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience • Proven record of developing people and organizations • Experience from a global matrix organization and/or participating on global projects • Preferred: Cross-functional understanding of INGKA/IKEA Matrix and operations • Knowledge of how to implement long-term plans, according to set budgets and goals • Knowledge of how to plan, attract, grow, deploy, reward and support co-workers & leaders and their careers in IKEA • Knowledge of planning for and hiring talent on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment • Knowledge of forecasting, analyzing and planning for talent needs for key positions within IKEA • Knowledge of candidate behaviors and labor market trends to help IKEA gain insight to better attract, develop and retain co-workers • Knowledge of employer branding tools to build trust and create engagement so IKEA is seen as a great place to work to current co-workers and potential co-workers • Knowledge of different leadership styles (such as interdependent, indirect, situational) and needs as well as appropriate use for different situations • Knowledge of the IKEA corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure correct representation • Demonstrates general leadership ability and effectiveness in leading a specialist team with the capacity to handle multiple priorities, initiatives, interfaces and tasks • Applies business knowledge and leverage digital best practices to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Coordinates with the Centre of Expertise (CoE) for Talent Development at INGKA Group to lead, localize and implement the INGKA Recruitment and Selection concept, frameworks, approach and process in order to implement within the country • Responsible for delivery of country Recruitment & Sourcing needs to the CoE, providing the country perspective in co-creation of concept, frameworks, approach and process • Leads, coaches and develops a team the recruiting managers, recruiting leaders and specialists to execute and develop strategies for the country to achieve needed goals and metrics in support of the business • Executes recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing to candidates, delivering a high standard of excellence • Drives close cooperation with country Leadership & Competence Development function to ensure alignment between recruiting strategy and succession plan • Networks with stakeholders across the country organization to proactively monitor and manage recruiting needs • Monitors external employer and workforce trends to leverage for adaptation of recruitment, attraction and sourcing strategies at a country level • Works actively with integrating diversity, equality and inclusion • Leads the country matrix of recruitment and sourcing within all market areas to perform with excellence • Delivers ideas and opinions effectively with the ability to influence and inspire others • Develops virtual and other collaborative relationships to facilitate current and future objectives
