WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

As a person you are passionate about people, business, IKEA’s purpose and continuously driving better performance and business. You have a passion for creating an IKEA fit for the multichannel-retailing future and living the change process that comes with it as well as increasing customer value, and thinking customer first. For this role we believe you have minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams within different disciplines within E-commerce and/or online, minimum 2-3 years of working in E-Commerce, minimum 5 years of experience from retail, preferably home furnishing sector, as well as minimum 5 years of experience working with multi-channel customer experience. In addition, you have experience from managing change in a complex business environment. You have extensive knowledge of E-commerce and online retailing. Also, you have broad knowledge of P&L structure, drivers and mechanics to identify and act on deviations as well as of IKEA concept, brand objectives, IKEA Culture & Values and vision as well as of Ingka Group strategies, priorities and business planning process as well as of direction setting, creation of strategic and operational goals and plans including follow up on KPIs. In addition, you have broad knowledge about the current market environment, expectations from customers today and tomorrow to secure the commercial and service offer, and IKEA E-commerce experience meet customer needs as well as of how to optimise product presentation with digital channels and content to increase the likelihood that customer visits convert to sales. You possess good knowledge of change management methods and tools as well as stakeholder management. You have ability to understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of Customer as an integrated part of the business as well as to design improvements across customer journeys, through operations, behaviours, services, to allow an excellent online customer experience and maximize conversion as well as to prioritize, delegate and make efficient decisions with speed and simplicity. Finally, you have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships as well as ability to coach and influence a team of co-workers and colleagues while communicating in an inspirational way with the IKEA tone of voice. Korean language and English communication skill is a pre-requisite.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

In the role as Country E-Commerce Integration Manager, you are responsible for ensuring an excellent online customer meeting by coordinating E-commerce activities and leveraging the IKEA range and home furnishing knowledge on the IKEA website. You are also responsible for coordinating the Commercial and E-commerce objectives through optimization and adaptation to the customer needs on the IKEA website as well as for driving the transformation agenda of IKEA and ensuring the completion of becoming a fully integrated multichannel Commercial organization. You will: • Act as a member of the Commercial Management Team and proactively contribute to IKEA business plan, commercial plan and commercial calendar process • Be responsible for the integration of the local Commercial E-commerce plan across the other Commercial functions, and to set goals and targets for E-commerce, in conjunction with the Country Selling Manager • Be responsible for ensuring coordination across parties, agendas and activities which have a direct impact on the local E-Commerce P&L, through development of a local Online Calendar integrated with the overall Commercial Calendar • Be responsible for planning, prioritizing and steering local Commercial Web/E-commerce activities within frame set by Digital Unit • Be responsible for identifying opportunities and deviations through deep understanding, and careful monitoring of the E-Commerce P&L, and developing appropriate actions accordingly, in cooperation with Selling and BNOF colleagues • Monitor performance, SLAs and KPIs and provide input to relevant for improvement of cost position, customer experience and operational efficiency • Secure prioritization among key stakeholders for tools/systems to enable a better customer experience (and co-worker experience) and work within frames set by Digital Unit to realize • Provide input to key stakeholders to feed business plan and market input • Secure a competent and high performing E Commerce cross-functional team that will strongly contribute to reach the common objectives and goals (e.g. growth, profitability, sales and customer experience) • Contribute to the transformation of the Commercial functions to become truly multichannel, by developing their online competence and enabling them to take true multichannel ownership • Actively foster the interdependent leadership and active cooperation across all functions and units, within and outside Commercial, to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact • Be responsible for leading the Online Functional Review process in the market, coordinating across different functions and establishing process for review of Online performance • Take lead in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered
