BUSINESS & SYSTEM ANALYST – INGKA CENTRES

WHO YOU ARE

We are now looking for two new business & system analysts for our team, one with focus on finance and the other one on billing. We are also open for having leasing being a specialist focus, since property management is our main area at Ingka Centres.
To succeed in this role, it is important that you have an understanding for the technical parts in the system (i.e. applications). On the other hand, you enjoy meeting the end-user to understand their need and you explain the solutions in an understandable way. We believe you have been working with an agile setup, preferable in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment and you hold a deep understanding of the digital business. You enjoy and have experience from working in a global organization with cross-functional teams and many stakeholders.

For the finance role we believe that you bring experience within finance with at least one of the areas: general ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax or reporting.

For the billing role you need to have experience within finance and if you been working with leasing as well it´s a plus. Also, we believe that you bring experience in the order(/lease) to cash process (contract management, pricing and discounts, billing/invoicing, accounts receivable), credit and collections and prepayment process.

Furthermore, you bring:

• A few years working experience in Solution management, Business & IT analysis, IT development or Solution architecture, preferably in relation to relevant business processes
• Experience within Dynamics (preferred), but you could also bring knowledge from another ERP system such as SAP, Oracle or M3

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

In this role you get the perfect mix between meeting the business and end-user to analyze and understand needs as well as having a close connection to the technical side. You will be working in a global setup but having a close collaboration with the countries in order to meet the needs of the different markets.
Your mission is to identify improvements by elicit, analyze, challenge and document (e.g. business requirements, use cases, user stories, test cases & acceptance criteria, boundary conditions). To succeed in this, you need to understand the stakeholder needs and detailed business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements. You will facilitate the identification and elaboration of feasible solutions for process, organisation and service with business modelling, while managing expectations among the stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will:


• Challenge and assure quality of stakeholder needs, business requirements and solution alternatives in order to identify consequences and reduce risks.

• Support in design activities, validation/test & configuration management

• Support project management in setting up a business analysis approach that is appropriate for the chosen project approach. Support architecture in creation of business blueprint and managing dependencies relating to processes, information and platforms

• Support with definition and validation of high level & low level design for business development activities (project & releases) in cooperation with architecture and vendor resources

• Validate compliance of business requirements through the service validation/test & configuration management processes execution by the IT suppliers, review test results, follow-up and steer on defined test KPIs/metrics. Support user acceptance test planning, preparation & execution, including test case definition and drive acceptance;


• Contribute to the creation of documentation in co-operation with process/business teams and IT suppliers. Contribute to the creation of the ‘learning offer’ for the platform including training materials and delivery of training

In this role you will report to Pia Fristedt, Platform Area Manager. The position will be based in Malmö, Sweden.
