In this role we see that you have a minimum of 1 year HR Analytics /Information Management/Business Intelligence and for sure you have advanced analytics experience and have a proven record of being in the lead of developing organisations using data driven analytics and insights. You have proven statistical analytical capability (preferably with control chart experience as a minimum) and demonstrable data, analytics and insights experience either in Retail/Store/Service Office/Global Projects. You can articulate clearly extensive examples of how you have used data and facts to either improve processes in the business and/or organisational effectiveness in some way. You have the ability to work with multiple systems and have the ability to systemise and modernise our data collection and reporting capabilities. You have no limitation when it comes to communicating in English and can also communicate difficult data sets in an easy to understand way for the many. You have extensive and broad IKEA experience and/or similar industry in the specialist area of statistics and data analytics and work easily with legacy and new systems.
In this position you will be a pro-active and driven change agent role model, an outstanding team player as well as individual contributor, and coach and mentor others in the direct team as well as others in the organisation to understand the Ingka way to work with Organisational Effectiveness with the IKEA culture and values as the foundation.
You will lead the reporting and analytics agenda for Organisational Effectiveness (OE) by initiating and performing systematic/manual and ad-hoc analysis with the business across the relevant dimensions of the operating model. You will pro-actively lead, identify, advise and prioritise potential business opportunities and improvements based on data and facts and you will support and partner with all team members in OE and secure that we deliver meaningful and measurable support to the business.
How your life with us would be:
• Enable a data driven OE department by leading and steering on all OE related data collection, synthesis, analytics and reporting across all of the OE department securing activities and benefits to the business are measurable and can be followed-up • Provide statistical data analysis connected specifically with processes (e.g. control charts, design of experimentation, factorial analysis etc) • Propose, develop and continuously improve the OE reporting approach, both internally and externally to SDI function, securing status of all OE activities and insights are visible, measured and tracked through the development and establishment of an OE “flight tower” • Prepare, plan and drive for automation of all OE related data collection and reporting while leveraging together with other key co-workers in other functions • Collaborate and partner across Ingka to secure access and contribution to relevant surveys, systems or other in order to integrate the OE perspective where applicable and to continuously stay on top of all relevant developments relating to data accuracy, availability and analytical practices. • Collect, analyse and utilise relevant business intelligence to stay industry-competitive in the area of Organisational Effectiveness data reporting and analytics and bring back to OE department to raise awareness and improve internal ways of working • Problem solving for data quality issues from source systems and propose corrective actions in process to improve data quality and timeliness over time
