Site Support Leader - Ingka Centres

WHO YOU ARE

We are searching for someone with proven advanced training in information technology, computer science or equivalent. To ensure success entering the role you bring at least a minimum of 5 years of progressive and diverse experience working with IT applications, infrastructure and IT support. Strong documented leadership skills are highly essential, so is feeling confident when taking on challenging situations and turning them into solutions! You have excellent knowledge of: • local application and IT infrastructure in a shopping centre context • application and IT infrastructure life cycle management and support • supplier and contract sourcing and management in order to secure supplier excellence in operation Site Support Leader is responsible to support the Meeting Places (Shopping Centres) to get an appropriate level of IT application and infrastructure life cycle management and support in place. Also to ensure this support is efficient and effective over time and take measures when improvement potentials are spotted.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

It will be the Site Support Leader´s responsibility to support the Meeting Places setting up appropriate life cycle management and hands-on IT support for the local applications and infrastructure. You will take lead in the transition to support Country IT to be responsible for life cycle management of local Meeting Place applications and hands-on IT support of local applications and IT infrastructure, including facility management and safety & security related IT in the Meeting Places. You will ensure that: • appropriate roles & responsibilities and ways of working are implemented between facility management in Real Estate, safety & security in the Meeting Places, the responsible stakeholders in the Meeting Place management team as well as Country IT (or exceptionally with external vendors) • the service agreements with Country IT (or exceptionally with external vendors) cover all aspects from planning and budgeting, through maintenance, installations and support including feedback improvement potentials to the agreement • country IT are implementing the office IT service level agreements that have been defined, and make sure this support is working efficiently and effectively • the support is efficient and effective over time and take measures when potentials are spotted In this role you will report to the Infrastructure & Support Manager, Ingka Centres. The position will be placed in either Malmö, Sweden; Moscow, Russia or Shanghai, China.
