ABOUT THE WORK AREA The retail logistics teams are playing a crucial part in our store operations. They enable a successful shopping experience for our customers by ensuring that our products are in the right place at the right time. The day-to-day tasks in this work area involve movement of goods to sales locations and recycling of waste.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE • Experience of managing a team in a high-volume retail environment • Keen interest and experience in retailing and logistics • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to retail logistics activities • Effective communication and leadership skills • Ability to set priorities for others and delegate responsibility • Strong ambition to develop within the business and work to reduce costs • Flexible approach to working patterns • Tech-saavy
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Resource planning to secure store Replenishment, organizing team to deliver daily Replenishment tasks ready for store opening. • Working actively to improve productivity through efficient resource planning, including managing sickness leave, staff allocation, flexible working, and efficient goods flow operations. • Empowering your team of co-workers by delegating responsibility to help each person grow and develop, according to their individual ability and experience.
