WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Manage the day to day relationship with tenants • Influence the visitation development of the Meeting place • Keep a very close follow up on the commercial and operational performance of our Partners • Partner with Sales & Leasing team to create the relevant components of the offer in the Meeting place, including Pop-up stores • Drive planning process for Total Rental Income Budget (Estimation) and its follow-up in close cooperation with Leasing, Sales and Business Navigation • Set direction, create and manage long term plans, set budgets and goals, and follow up on KPIs •Be a speaking partner to develop the business opportunities together with Lease partners
