About the job
For the Ecommerce team, we are looking for a proactive Thai speaking/writing enthusiastic who can help us securing the IKEA brand and our overall vision "creating a better everyday life for the many people" on our digital touchpoints, by contributing with his/her content editing expertise and optimising the customer journey online.
You will maintain the IKEA country websites and mobile applications by ensuring that all functionalities are implemented effectively to secure online performance and operations.
You will contribute to optimising the IKEA website & mobile applications through development or content projects to secure an inspirational and heightened IKEA customer experience across these platforms.
You’re responsible to keep the IKEA website and mobile applications up to date by coordinating ongoing content changes, search optimization and translation work, securing information accuracy and consistency and ensuring that changes are made on time; all this to secure that it is in shape as new every day
You will ensure that all ‘in life’ content is built to brand guidelines, reflects the IKEA brand values, copy and visual identity, tone of voice and quality standards and through this contribute to an optimal digital consumer decision journey for our English and Thai websites.
The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur.
You have a genuine passion for Ecommerce and for doing what’s best for our customers.
You have experience in working with CMS, HTML and CSS. Also, you have knowledge of working with Photoshop and Search Engine Optimization.
You have experience working on the web and understand the fundamentals of web coding.
You have a strong instinct for usability and enjoy working in a customer centric environment.
You have good Thai writing skills to be able to proof read and write online content.
