Working closely with other members of the senior management and commercial team you will optimise all aspects of the logistics operations to ensure the right products arrive in the right quantity to meet the store needs.
You will lead and inspire the store Logistics team to secure goods availability, efficient low-cost goods flow processes and logistics competence in the store.
You will be accountable for overall availability, quality of logistics and service operations, follow up of performance and costs of logistics operations. Be an active partner in the store commercial and business planning process. You will use your experience in retail / logistics to implement working to steer and drive further growth and expansion.
You will improve productivity for the Out Flow Team through efficient planning of labour resources and working closely with your commercial team partners to implement an efficient and successful goods flow out process that leads to increased sales.
You will need to “make it happen” with speed and flexibility as you use your finely tuned interpersonal skills to ensure key relationships are built and maintained in a dynamic and fast paced working environment. You will hit the ground running with a can do attitude and a passion for driving results through your people and talent.
