As a person you are passionate about people and dedicated to contribute to great candidate’s and co-worker’s experience by means of excellent recruitment process. You act as an ambassador for the IKEA culture and values and enjoy working with tactical and operational tasks in a vibrant and changing multi-dimensional environment. You know how to implement long-term plans, set goals and you are equipped with an expertise in planning, hiring and allocating talent on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment. You confidently explore and use psychometric tools and assessments in candidate recruitment and/or co-worker performance & development situations, also basing on deep knowledge about candidate’s behaviours and labour market trends, which can help IKEA to gain insights to better attract, develop and retain co-workers. You know how to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility. You express your ideas and opinions effectively - with ability to influence and inspire. You demonstrate deep knowledge of the IKEA corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation. For this role we believe you need to have proven record of developing people and organisations, minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resources, minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting within similar environment and minimum 2 years of experience in leading teams

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role as Recruitment & Services Team Manager, you drive an efficient, effective and consistent execution of recruitment activities for the country in order to attract and recruit talented candidates to fill job vacancies. You will: • Lead recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer ensuring an outstanding candidate experience • Lead team of Recruiters in utilising global tools and programs, direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies • Lead and develop a focused team of Administrators and ensure that the team works effectively and collaboratively to secure agreed service levels and quality • Develop and train recruiters to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline • Be responsible for filling all open positions with qualified candidates • Be responsible for maintaining manageable talent pools in software systems • Lead data analysis and identification of process improvements for the recruitment function • Follow up performance within organisation to ensure quality and quantity goals are met • Consult and influence Steering Managers and hiring managers to gain unique understanding of positions as assigned • Foster and manage effective relations with stakeholders within the country organisation to ensure alignment with assigned role sourcing strategies, and manage stakeholder expectations • Network with stakeholders in the country organisation to proactively monitor recruitment needs • Collaborate with Diversity, Equality and Inclusion team to secure a broad diverse work force as well as being an attractive employer • Be responsible for execution of all People & Culture administrative tasks in line with Service Level agreements • Be responsible for supporting standardisation and alignment within People Administration including collaboration with counterparts in other countries • Work in close collaboration with Process Improvement & analytics Specialist to identify process improvement areas and opportunities for migration of tasks to Shared Services • Contribute to a high standard of excellence within People Administration including identifying and acting on opportunities for continuous improvement • Leverage digital solutions and tools for efficient administration • Ensure the relevance of People administrative processes in a constantly evolving global retail landscape In this role you will report to the People & Culture Delivery Manager. This role is located in Zaventem.
